I play guitar. I don’t have much of a recording discography, but here are some examples of music I have created over the years.

    So What

The jazz combo So What has been together on and off since 1996, and has transitioned from a trio to a quartet then back into a trio. These recordings were either live studio recordings (one or two takes) or live rehearsal recordings.

So What Our take on the classic Miles Davis tune

    Roget’s Playground

Roget’s Playground was an adult alternative trio that recorded and played original music in San Diego from 1996 through 1999. These recordings are from our full length studio recording, Periodic Table Manners (still available on iTunes), and from our final live show in 1999 (please excuse the crowd noise) at a (long gone) club called Homer’s Lounge in San Diego. Hard to believe that much time has passed. I have archived the original web site here.

Quiet From Periodic Table Manners, this is the first track co-written by Dani and myself, and is
still my favorite Roget’s Playground tune.

Tephlon From Periodic Table Manners, one of the first tracks we worked up as a band — written by Dani.

Quiet Live version of the track from Periodic Table Manners. I’m including it a second time since this is my favorite Roget’s Playground track.

I Can’t Even Form a Sentence I’m not even sure we ever officially named this tune. Our last show is the only time it was ever performed. My second favorite RP track.

Downtown 5:02 The closest thing we had to a blues. Performed regularly as part of our live set, but this is the only existing recording.

Room Full of Redheads Although this is the only existing recording of the original Roget’s Playground version, this tune later appeared on Dani McGee’s solo album,
Bar Talk (also available on iTunes).
